Join Olo as a Senior Software Engineer on the Merchant Solutions team, responsible for supporting card-present and card-not-present transaction flow, reconciliation and reporting, payouts, pricing plans, merchant account management, and more. This is a remote role with a flexible work schedule.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in the team’s domain and technology stack
- Proactively address technical debt
- Take ownership of complex features and projects
- Lead code reviews and offer in-depth feedback to improve code quality
- Partner with Product and other stakeholders to refine requirements
- Focus on delivering reliable, maintainable software solutions
- Monitor and maintain services in production
- Participate in the architecture and design of distributed systems
- Take the initiative to improve the team’s development processes and tooling
- Ensure consistency and quality in shared components and APIs
- Contribute actively to the team’s knowledge base and promote a culture of continuous improvement
