Requirements
- Co-Responsible for one or more digital products with the business product owner
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Drive the software development process
- Ensure the team’s productivity and efficiency
- Be the single point of contact for the owned Digital Products
- Track and report on roadmap progress, budget, and capacity allocation
- Responsible for the budget of the solution(s)
- Understand security and compliance requirements
- Act as a technical leader
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Uphold and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment
