🧠 ¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como redactor/a publicitario/a en agencia.
- Capacidad para conceptualizar campañas completas: desarrollo de insights, Big Ideas y bajadas a piezas multiformato.
- Excelente redacción y dominio del lenguaje creativo.
- Heavy user de redes sociales y tendencias digitales.
- Capacidad de presentar ideas con referencias visuales y creativas.
- Buena narrativa y armado de presentaciones con storytelling atractivo y claro.
- Trabajo colaborativo con equipos estratégicos y creativos.

Valoramos el uso de inteligencia artificial como herramienta de apoyo creativo.
