Fundraise Up

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the internationalization of our product, taking what works brilliantly in the US and successfully replicating it in the UK and Europe. This is a high-ownership, delivery-intensive role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong delivery mindset: you get things done, meet commitments, and treat alignment gaps as your problem to solve.
  • Experience working at both a large company (process, structure, scale) and a small/startup company (speed, ambiguity, hands-on work).
  • Prior experience with product localization, internationalization, or multi-market expansion.
  • Comfortable working without a dedicated development team — you lead through influence across shared resources.
  • Experience collaborating with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS).
  • Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.

Benefits

  • Private medical insurance for the employee and their family
  • 20 paid vacation days per year
  • 15 paid public holidays per year
  • 5 company-paid sick leave days
  • English learning courses.
  • Relevant professional education.
  • Gym or swimming pool.
  • Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
  • Co-working.
  • Remote working.
