We are seeking a high-caliber leader to stand up a top-notch Finance PMO (Project Management Office). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for a strategic operator who thrives in the “gray space.” You will be the glue between Finance, Legal, Engineering and Product, ensuring our most critical corporate milestones are executed with precision.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ year progressive work experience Management Consulting, Strategic Finance/Planning, or a PMO lead role within a high-growth AI or SaaS environment
  • Experience with M&A cycles preferred (from DD to integration)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective communication skills at all levels within the company and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proven ability to deliver change, improve and streamline processes, drive efficiency, and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly involving environments. Startup/scaleup experience is a plus.
