Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in healthcare required
- Experience in digital health, mental health or benefits preferred
- Proven ability to drive engagement and behavior change through empathetic, data-driven marketing
- Strong cross-functional skills with experience working closely with Product, Analytics, and Customer-facing teams
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to ensure precision, consistency, and quality across all member-facing messaging
- Background in experimentation, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
