Requirements
- A deep understanding of software development and engineering principles
- Proficiency in Confluence, GitHub, Jira, and diagramming tools
- Excellent information architecture skills
- Ability to create clear how-to guides, installation and troubleshooting procedures (PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Lucidchart (or similar) for diagrams
- Ability to follow specific templates, such as the MSF Docs Single Page Design
