As a Research Economist, you will be responsible for authoring and reviewing technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on economics problems. You will also produce original problem sets grounded in economic charts, econometric output, policy figures, and time-series plots.
Requirements
- PhD in Economics
- MS/MA in Economics with 3+ years applied, policy, or teaching experience
- BA/BS in Economics with 5+ years applied, industry, or research experience
- Working fluency in at least two of: micro, macro, econometrics, industrial organization, labor economics, development
- Ability to interpret economic charts, econometric output, policy figures, and time-series plots
- Clear technical writing skills with the ability to articulate reasoning step-by-step
