Requirements
- Publish and schedule content across all Ollie social channels
- Conduct ongoing social listening to identify trends and real-time opportunities
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs
- Monitor daily performance and compile regular reports on key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and brand teams
