Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in in-house technical or GTM recruiting at a high growth company
- A track record of running senior searches solo, end to end, without needing oversight on each stage
- Genuine fluency across multiple hiring areas
- Sharp judgement on candidates
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a heavy load
