Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Portuguese Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join their team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Portuguese, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good judgment skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy
