Requirements
- Deploy centrally defined talent acquisition processes across the North/South regions
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Monitor recruitment performance and KPIs; identify and escalate barriers to successful hiring
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related needs from local teams, agencies, and HR
- Support execution of employer branding activities aligned with central strategy and adapted to regional/division-specific needs
- Ensure consistent execution of recruitment marketing activities, events, and campaigns
- Represent Yazaki in local labor market engagements, career fairs, or employer brand initiatives
- Recommend improvements to recruitment channels, systems, processes, or candidate experience
- Select and manage external recruitment partners based on internal standards and project needs
