Thailand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and scale Cricut’s presence in Thailand. The role involves owning the brand and marketing execution in-market, driving awareness, engagement, and sales across digital and retail channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing within consumer, lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce brands
  • Proven experience driving brand awareness and engagement in the Thailand market
  • Strong hands-on experience in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) — able to guide strategy and evaluate performance
  • Familiarity with Thailand e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, startup-like environment
