Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company that helps visionaries change the world. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build agent-facing desktop applications and backend services for contact center operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python and backend development
- Proficiency in React (preferred) and modern frontend technologies
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (SNS, SQS)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
- Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, call flows)
- Experience with voice authentication/fraud detection systems (e.g., Pindrop)
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of security best practices
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
