We are seeking a Strategic Finance Consultant to build long-horizon transaction and strategy tasks for corporate finance evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, economics, or a related field and expertise in LBO/merger modeling, DCF valuation, comps and precedent analysis, synergy analysis, IC memo drafting.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Finance, Economics, or related
- 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance
- Expertise in LBO/merger modeling, DCF valuation, comps and precedent analysis, synergy analysis, IC memo drafting
- Comfortable with transaction artifacts: models, teasers, CIMs, IC/board memos
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step
