Investment Banking Associate – Remote | M&A, Financial Modeling & Deal Execution. Support live M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements. Build and maintain advanced financial models, including DCF models, LBO models, and merger models. Perform valuation analysis, deal execution, and due diligence coordination.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory
- Strong exposure to M&A transactions, capital raising, financial analysis, and deal execution
- Advanced Excel skills: financial modeling, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, VBA/macros preferred
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation formatting skills
- Experience with DCF valuation, LBO modeling, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, and PitchBook
