Requirements
- Strong familiarity with Roblox as a player, creator, or community member
- Experience creating or managing content for social platforms
- Proven ability to take ideas from concept to execution to publish
- Experience with short-form content creation
- Comfortable working with basic analytics and explaining performance in practical terms
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
