We are hiring a Marketing Technology Administrator to manage and optimize the technical side of client marketing systems, including CRMs, automation workflows, email infrastructure, landing pages, and integrations.
Requirements
- Build and configure CRM systems, workflows, automations, and email sequences
- Set up landing pages, lead capture systems, and integrations
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing client systems
- Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data hygiene
- Document processes and system configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client-facing calls as needed
- Manage approximately 3–5 active builds and 10–15 maintenance-mode clients
