We are looking for an Associate Support Analyst to join our Technical Support team in a fully remote position. In this role, you’ll help customers troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, document cases, and collaborate with experienced team members to deliver excellent support experiences.

- Basic knowledge of IT, software troubleshooting, or system configurations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, networking, cloud applications, or operating systems
