  • Create detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify the resources needed and develop a schedule to track progress.
  • Ensure that every project has standardized entry and gatekeeping of project goals and requirements.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • maintain clear and constant communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Oversee the development, testing, implementation and documentation of the technical project to ensure it meets the project objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Guide and support the project team to help them work effectively and meet project deadlines.

Components for success. You…

  • Have previous experience working in a hands-on technical position.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience managing technical projects.
  • Bring an understanding of the development of distributed systems.
  • Are familiar with project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum etc.
  • Have an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, from tech members to executive.
  • Take ownership of your own work.
  • Bring leadership, problem-solving, organizational and negation skills.

You’ll get extra points for…

  • Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
