Genesis Call Center recruits, trains, and manages U.S.-based Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who support national brands across customer service, roadside assistance, healthcare logistics, retail support, and more. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules
