The Regional Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational excellence by designing, creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive technical training program. With a focus on cultivating a skilled and proficient workforce, this role aims to bridge the gap between current capabilities and evolving technical requirements. By conducting thorough needs assessments, developing cutting-edge curricula, and employing innovative training methodologies, the Technical Training Program Specialist ensures that personnel acquire and master the essential technical skills necessary for optimal job performance. This position is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, contributing to the overall success of T5 and the advancement of our personnel.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions through various formats, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, webinars, and workshops, ensuring participants grasp complex concepts and practical applications.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify the training needs of employees and teams, collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises that align with organizational goals and address the specific technical skills and knowledge required, ensuring they are up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to organize and track training initiatives, managing course enrollment, tracking participant progress, and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and site training representatives (STRs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, incorporating real-world examples and case studies.
- Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional technologies to design and develop high-quality learning materials, including online courses, e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning. Identify and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
- All other duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5FM management.
- Up to 75% travel.
