We are seeking a RevOps/SalesOps expert to work as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics, commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling. The role involves building long-horizon ops tasks, developing scenarios in pipeline and forecasting, and designing compensation and analytics scenarios.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics (SQL + BI tools), commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling
- Proficient in reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts
- Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
