Cape is looking for a Technical Sourcer to help identify, engage, and deliver strong technical talent into our pipeline. As the first Technical Sourcer at Cape, you’ll be on the front lines of that effort, shaping our sourcing strategy and owning pipeline generation for high-priority technical roles.

- Understand technical roles and can speak credibly with engineers
- Skilled at leveraging sourcing platforms, signals, and market insights to identify the right talent
- Know how to craft outreach that stands out and feels authentic
- Resilient, organized, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
