Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 7–10 years’ relevant experience in benefits or total rewards, including demonstrated experience in managing and delivering benefits programmes within an international or matrixed organisation.
- Professional certification in HR or Compensation & Benefits (e.g. GRP, CCP, equivalent) is an advantage.
