The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for top-of-funnel growth, identifying and sourcing target contacts, nurturing prospects, and converting engagement into qualified pipeline. Key responsibilities include prospecting and contact intelligence, outbound campaigns and multi-channel outreach, inbound lead response and nurture, booking meetings and qualification calls, and advancing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
