En Aprende Institute, la plataforma líder en educación técnica online para el mercado hispano en EE. UU., buscamos un Docente de Marketing para Emprendedores.
Tu misión será guiar a emprendedores y dueños de pequeños negocios en la creación de estrategias de alto impacto, desde la investigación de mercados hasta el diseño de planes de marketing digital y ventas. Si eres un apasionado de la estrategia y la enseñanza, ¡queremos conocerte!
Responsabilidades:
- Impartir clases virtuales en vivo (vía Zoom) siguiendo el temario oficial.
- Enseñar modelos estratégicos.
- Guiar en la creación de planes de marketing, investigación de mercados y análisis de datos.
- Capacitar en el uso de canales digitales: Redes sociales, Email Marketing y SEO/SEM.
- Evaluar y retroalimentar los proyectos de emprendimiento de los estudiantes.
Requisitos:
- Educación: Profesional en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración o afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años liderando estrategias de marketing o consultoría para emprendimientos.
- Habilidades: Dominio de embudos de ventas, métricas web, investigación de mercados y planes estratégicos.
- Herramientas: Manejo fluido de Zoom y plataformas educativas (LMS).
- Idioma: Español nativo con excelente redacción y oratoria.
Condiciones Laborales:
- Contrato: Part Time.
- Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Home Office).
- Horario (Hora México):
Opción 1: Lunes a sábado 7am a 11am
Opción 2:Lunes a sábado 8am a 12pm
- (Descanso los domingos).
- Honorarios: $6.000 MXN mensuales.
- Bonificaciones: Bono mensual de hasta $100 USD sujeto a métricas de desempeño (aplicable desde el 4to mes).
