Requirements
- Strong experience designing, building and operating production-grade software in a collaborative team environment
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices (automated testing, code review, CI/CD, secure coding, observability)
- Highly proficient working in cloud-based environments and modern DevOps practices
- Track record of leading technical delivery, making sound architectural decisions and owning services end-to-end
- Ability to mentor and support other engineers, and contribute positively to team culture
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing outcomes with data and clear reasoning
- Customer-focused, with a passion for building user-centric, reliable and scalable solutions
