About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven digital marketing agency laser-focused on one thing: driving qualified, high-intent leads through Meta ad funnels for high-ticket B2B software and tech companies. For over four years, this has been their sole focus — and there is virtually no other agency operating at this level in the space.
They work exclusively with B2B SaaS, B2B software, and B2B tech firms, running sophisticated call funnels that turn cold traffic into booked calls with qualified buyers. About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager / Media Buyer who thrives on ownership, strategy, and keeping client operations running at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who values deep focus, accountability, and long-term client relationships.
You’ll work directly with the founders, managing Meta campaigns for B2B clients running high-ticket call funnels, while owning client communication, driving strategy, writing copy, and coordinating cross-team execution.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow, take full responsibility, and operate as a true strategic partner to clients — not just push buttons.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Own the client relationship end-to-end — be their main point of contact and trusted advisor

Lead onboarding calls, ask the right questions, and help clients understand what will move the needle with ads

Lead weekly performance and strategy calls; present data clearly to business owners and build lasting trust

Proactively communicate wins, concerns, and next steps — clients should never feel in the dark

Maintain high client morale and long-term retention through consistent, professional communication

Identify upsell opportunities and protect account margins
Campaign Management & Optimization

Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns for B2B clients running call funnels
-
Live in Meta Ads Manager — pull data, identify performance patterns, and act on them fast

Troubleshoot issues quickly (CPA spikes, creative fatigue, funnel drop-off)

Scale winning ads and request new assets when needed

Make day-to-day account decisions independently; major changes reviewed with the founders
Strategy, Copywriting & Creative

Drive strategy forward — bring new ideas, new angles, and new thinking without being asked

Write ad copy, hooks, scripts, and CTAs that convert

Extract key messaging from client onboarding and translate it into high-converting ad concepts

Ruthlessly test new ad angles and creative concepts on an ongoing basis — speed and volume of testing is a competitive advantage

Coordinate with video editors and designers to get creatives produced and live efficiently

Conduct creative analysis and support new concept development
Funnel Building & CRO

Build and manage landing pages, application funnels, and email sequences (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or equivalent)

Identify funnel issues and propose and implement CRO improvements proactively

Ensure all funnel components are aligned with the ad strategy and optimized for conversion
Project Management & Internal Coordination

Own the full client delivery process — know exactly what needs to happen, when, and make sure it does

Manage client timelines, launch checklists, and deliverable tracking in project management software

Act as the quarterback ensuring all internal teams stay aligned

Coordinate clearly across editing, design, and strategy teams

Drive execution forward and remove bottlenecks before they become client problems
What We Expect From You
Must-Haves
-
3–5+ years running Meta ad campaigns with a focus on B2B call funnels
-
Strong understanding of funnels — not just ads
-
Native or fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills
-
Copywriting experience — ad scripts, hooks, angles, CTAs
-
Funnel building experience (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)
-
2+ years of client-facing experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
-
Highly organized and process-driven — you build systems, not excuses

Analytical, data-driven mindset
-
Professional camera setup for weekly client video calls
-
Ability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours

Familiarity with high-ticket call funnel frameworks

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: $4,000 – $6000 USD per month depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, remote — Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Direct report to the founders to start, with a clear growth path to Director of Client Success and the opportunity to build the entire delivery team from the ground up
