• Personal Lines Servicing (endorsements, renewals, policy updates)
• Commercial Quoting & Policy Servicing
• ACCORD Forms completion & COI generation
• Customer Support for U.S. insurance agencies
Requirements
- C1 English
- 1+ year of experience supporting U.S.-based insurance agencies
- Experience with AMS systems and carrier portals
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
