Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work remotely in Greece with paid relocation. The role involves providing exceptional support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
