Role Overview
Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion, managing geographically distributed teams and collaborating with IT, business, and change management teams.
What You Will Do
Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards, develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- Experience in leading challenging business transformation programs
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs
- Proven experience in SAP Activate Methodology and/or similar methodologies
- Hands-on experience in commonly used tools in SAP Programs
- Experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely
- In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success
- Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks
- Outstanding communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans
- Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
- Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources
