Role Overview
We’re hiring a senior, hands-on engineer to support multiple early-stage products that need stabilization. Most projects were built quickly by non-technical founders using AI tools. As a result, codebases are often incomplete, inconsistent, or fragile.
What You Will Do
Review and assess existing codebases, identify bugs, refactor and stabilize applications, improve performance, structure, and maintainability, fill gaps in core functionality, implement lightweight QA / testing.

5+ years of full stack experience, strong experience working in messy / inherited codebases, comfortable operating without full documentation, proven ability to take products from MVP → stable product, practical, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication and team collaboration.
