We are seeking a Director, M&A Integration with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions integration and business transformation within the technology industry. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and can drive complex initiatives from planning through execution.

Lead complex acquisition integration and transformation projects across global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.

Requirements

- Proven expertise in M&A and acquisition integration
- Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to manage risk and interdependencies
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting strategies, and deliver results under pressure
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and global time zones
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
