Role Overview

Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with their inquiries related to Eneco’s energy products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.

What You Will Do

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
