Change Management Consultant

Role Overview

RGP is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support clients through large-scale ERP and technology-driven transformations. The role involves guiding organizations through complex change by focusing on the people, process, and systems impacts that accompany enterprise-wide initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead organizational change management efforts across major ERP and technology transformation programs, develop OCM milestones and dependencies, and create the vision for change.

Requirements

• Experience in Organizational Change Management supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with major ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR (Prosci certification is a plus but not required)
• Ability to collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders to align on change plans and drive execution
• Experience developing OCM deliverables, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training plans
