️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of project administration from initiation to closeout
  • Partner with department leads to coordinate documentation, reporting, and client deliverables
  • Track milestones, coordinate submissions, and ensure timely handovers
  • Support proposal development and bid coordination
  • Act as liaison with clients and project partners
  • Collaborate with a second assistant to ensure seamless team support

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training (KV, HF, or equivalent)
  • Ideally you have worked within a civil engineering / construction industry
  • Fluency in German is required (spoken and written); English is a plus
  • Structured, communicative, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills advantageous
