About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving our growth and establishing our position as a leader in the outsourcing industry. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with clients, and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies, refine messaging, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth and profitability.
- Represent the Brand: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the outsourcing or B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with company goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building genuine connections with clients and partners.
