We’re a fast-growing influencer advertising agency helping brands scale through creators, paid social amplification, and data-driven performance marketing. We work with brands of all sizes to turn influencer content into predictable revenue engines.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a high-energy BDR to drive outbound pipeline generation for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying brands that can benefit from influencer marketing— using a mix of digital outbound campaigns AND heavy phone outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on conversations, isn’t afraid of the phone, and loves the grind of building a pipeline from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development-

  • Research brands, identify prospects, and build targeted lead lists aligned with our ideal customer profile.
  • Run high-volume outbound phone calls daily to connect with brands and find relevant POC’s
  • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences—including calls, social media outreach (instagram, tiktok, X, LinkedIn), and email campaigns—to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate our influencer ad solutions and value proposition to prospects.
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and help accelerate deals early in the pipeline.
  • Track all activity in CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach/meeting targets.

Sales Org Support-

  • Attend weekly sales / internal meetings
  • Assist with industry and client research (past / current marketing campaigns, ad spend, agency relationships)
  • Help maintain internal document, trackers, organization of sales materialsSupport Sales team on any ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Coordinate materials, organization, and overall workflow to meet deadlines
  • Help create decks and one-sheetsAssist with client meetings: scheduling, agenda’s, and materials
  • Take comprehensive notes during meetings and circulate post-meeting recaps

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound lead generation experience (agency or marketing environment preferred – experience in influencer marketing, paid social, creator partnerships, or PR sales)
  • Strong phone-first outbound mentality— comfortable making 50+ calls per day.
  • Experience running digital outbound sequences (LinkedIn, email automation, etc.)
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Self-starter mindset, competitive energy, and desire to grow into a closing role.
  • Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and hit KPIs consistently.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience working with advertising clients to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals
  • Ability to work remotely, both independently and collaboratively
  • Self motivated and directed, able to work remotely with a team and sort through action items / requests in live documents to meet tight deadlines
  • Enthusiasm to work and learn with a fun and tight-knit team in a start-up environment within the marketing and entertainment industry
  • Must be located in the US and able to work PST hours

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Gsuite, CRM & PM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Slack) and outbound automation platforms (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Previous media, entertainment, publisher, talent or agency experience

What We Offer:

  • $70K – $80K base salary + up to $10K success fee for meeting monthly / quarterly quotas (# of meetings booked / closed business)
