About the Role
As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
- Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
- Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements
- We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center environment. Please ensure your relevant sales experience is clearly reflected on your resume.
- We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
- This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
