We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter with proven experience hiring for Digital Banks or Neobanks in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the US. We are looking for someone who has experience in hiring for leading U.S.-based digital banks or neobanks (e.g., Chime, SoFi, Varo, Current, Ally etc). This position is for In-house recruitment.

Requirements

Source and recruit candidates for leading U.S.-based Digital Banks and Neobanks (e.g., Chime, SoFi, Varo, Current, Ally etc).

Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, job boards) to build quality pipelines.

Work closely with hiring managers or client stakeholders to understand role requirements.

Deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices and fintech culture

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
