A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;
Responsibilities :
- Design detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases,
- Hands-on testing (UI, Usability, Functional and Integration),
- Experience of running the manual test tasks from the project start to finish,
- Reporting on progress in line with the processes and escalating issues and risks where appropriate,
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs,
- Collaborate with product team and developers to identify root cause of bugs and propose solutions,
·Help teams to troubleshoot issues,
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation checks,
- Create logs to document testing phases and issues,
- Support and improve quality in agile development environment.
- Develop, maintain and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests
- Report bugs and issues to development teams.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, or related field,
- 2+ years of experience in test/quality assurance engineering,
·Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Experience in analyzing the requirements, creation, and execution of test cases and reporting of test results,
- Experience in BDD frameworks like Cucumber with Java,
- Experience with appium for Mobile automation test.
- Understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira, etc.
