We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Email Campaign Specialist to support our client’s outreach and email marketing initiatives. This part-time role requires expertise in Go High-Level and a strong ability to create targeted sales campaigns and engaging email sequences. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving email marketing success through data-backed strategies and compelling content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales outreach strategies to attract and qualify potential clients
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, understanding their needs and establishing rapport
  • Partner with the sales team to design and execute tailored prospecting campaigns
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Craft persuasive, customized email content aimed at increasing engagement and conversions
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results
  • Conduct market research to discover new outreach opportunities and trends
  • Keep CRM platforms updated with lead interactions and campaign progress
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and email campaign outcomes
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or email marketing
  • Proven success in planning and executing email campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation and qualification best practices
  • Data-oriented with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
