About the Role

Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on making connections and driving results? We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter with real estate industry experience to be the engine behind our pipeline — turning cold leads into confirmed appointments and setting our closers up for success.

This role is built for someone who loves the phone, never gives up on a lead, and takes pride in the numbers they generate. You won’t be closing deals — you’ll be doing something just as critical: getting the right people in the room. Your success is measured by appointments booked, pipelines filled, and the momentum you create for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound cold call volume to prospective leads, generating interest and booking qualified appointments.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication across phone, email, and WhatsApp in both English and Spanish.
  • Qualify leads quickly and accurately using predefined criteria to maximize agent efficiency.
  • Own the scheduling process — booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments to keep the calendar full.
  • Follow up relentlessly to minimize no-shows and re-engage leads that have gone cold.
  • Keep CRM records clean, current, and detailed (lead status, call outcomes, notes, appointments).
  • Send timely appointment confirmations, property details, and follow-up communications.
  • Execute seamless handoffs to agents and consultants to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Support lead management operations with focused, results-oriented administrative tasks.

Salary: 2-2.5k/mo

  • Full fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — you’ll be representing us in both languages daily.
  • Proven track record in appointment setting, cold calling, lead qualification, or real estate support.
  • High-energy phone presence with confidence in outbound calling environments.
  • Self-driven and accountable — you hit your targets without needing to be managed.
  • Sharp organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free, professional home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in U.S. or international real estate markets.
  • Background in high-volume outbound or appointment-setting roles.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp as a primary business communication channel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms used for business outreach.
