This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experiencedSAP BTP Consultantto support enterprise digital transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), integration architecture, application development, automation, analytics, and cloud-native solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and development teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions leveraging SAP BTP services and SAP’s clean-core strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design

  • Design and implement SAP BTP-based solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

  • Define extension strategies supporting SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP clean-core principles and best practices.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects on integration and application architecture.

Integration & Connectivity

  • Design and develop integrations using:

    • SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

    • API Management

    • Open Connectors

    • Event Mesh

    • Cloud Integration

  • Build and support integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications.

  • Develop APIs, interfaces, and middleware solutions.

Application Development

  • Develop cloud-native applications using:

    • SAP Build Apps

    • SAP Build Process Automation

    • SAP Build Work Zone

    • SAP Business Application Studio

    • CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)

    • SAPUI5 / Fiori

  • Design extensions that minimize core modifications.

Data & Analytics

  • Support data integration and analytics initiatives.

  • Work with:

    • SAP HANA Cloud

    • SAP Datasphere

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

    • Data Intelligence (preferred)

  • Design reporting and dashboard solutions.

Implementation & Delivery

  • Participate in SAP transformation projects from design through deployment.

  • Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.

  • Develop technical documentation and solution architecture artifacts.

  • Support go-live and hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP technical consulting experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP BTP experience.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • SAP BTP

    • SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

    • API Management

    • SAP Build Platform

    • SAP Business Application Studio

    • SAP Fiori/UI5

  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications.

  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud environments.

  • Experience with REST APIs, OData services, and web technologies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP BTP Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)

    • SAP HANA Cloud

    • SAP Datasphere

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

    • Event Mesh

    • SAP Build Process Automation

    • SAP Build Apps

    • SAP Build Work Zone

    • SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS)

    • SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development practices.
