Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 pm to 6:00 am Philippine Time

Position Summary
The Resupply Specialist is responsible for managing incoming patient referrals and coordinating resupply services for durable medical equipment (DME), with a primary focus on CPAP and related supplies. This role involves accurate data entry, insurance verification, scheduling, and coordination of care to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a DME resupply environment, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming referrals and resupply orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter and maintain patient information in the EMR system
- Generate delivery documentation for sales, rental, and service orders
- Review medical records to determine medical necessity based on payer guidelines
- Create new and recurring resupply orders as appropriate
- Verify patient insurance benefits and secure required authorizations
- Schedule initial DME setup appointments and ongoing resupply follow-ups
- Coordinate CPAP setups and mask fittings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate with physician offices, DME providers, and internal teams to coordinate care
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and clinical teams to support operational efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and payer sources
- Ensure compliance with company quality, productivity, and timeliness standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:

Required Experience
- Previous resupply experience within a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company — REQUIRED
- Prior customer service experience
- Insurance verification experience (preferred)
- Scheduling experience (preferred)
- Experience with CPAP supplies or respiratory equipment (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with payer guidelines and medical necessity requirements (preferred)
