Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with proven experience in the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will own the early stages of the sales funnel, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Singapore-based organizations. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to drive pipeline growth for our clients.
Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads in the Singapore market via cold calls, emails, social selling, and other outbound channels

Conduct research on target companies and personas to build tailored outreach campaigns

Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through discovery calls and email engagement

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)

Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule product demos and hand off qualified opportunities

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., number of qualified meetings, pipeline value)

Provide feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness and market trends in Singapore

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

2+ years of Sales Development or Business Development experience, with at least 1 year focused on the Singapore market

Strong understanding of the Singapore business landscape, key industries, and local decision-making processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead-gen and SDR quotas

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft

Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, operating on Singapore business hours (GMT+8)
