The Logistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
- Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.
- Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
- Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements.
- Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Tri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.
- Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously.
- Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels.
- Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.
