Wir suchen Unterstützung für die laufende Buchhaltung und DATEV-Administration in einer kleinen, digital organisierten Familiengruppe.
Die Struktur ist überschaubar:
- Praxis (Freiberufler, EÜR)
- UG (Bilanzierung)
- Einzelfirma (in Gründung)
Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt vollständig remote über DATEV Unternehmen Online und SharePoint.
Aufgaben
- Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung SKR04
- Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Offene-Posten-Management
- Zahlungsverkehr
- Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Lohnabrechnung in DATEV
- vollständig eigenständige Administration der DATEV-Umgebung
- Mandantenstruktur
- DATEV Unternehmen Online
- Belegorganisation
Qualifikation
Du passt gut, wenn du:
- DATEV sicher beherrschst (Einzelplatz + Unternehmen Online)
- Erfahrung mit SKR04, EÜR und Bilanzmandaten hast
- Lohn in DATEV schon eingerichtet und betreut hast
- strukturiert und selbstständig arbeitest
- Lust auf ein kleines, digitales Setup ohne zu viel Bürokratie hast
