Your Impact on our Mission

We’re hiring a Senior Engineer to drive execution across Financial Fit — a critical domain powering insurance mappings, pricing systems, and provider workflows. This role sits at the center of high-impact, cross-team initiatives and is responsible for turning ambiguous goals into shipped, reliable systems. The focus is on delivery, system safety, and scaling execution across multiple stakeholders. This role directly impacts Zocdoc’s ability to safely evolve its insurance platform and support a more dynamic, API-driven future.

Your day-to-day is…

  • Owning delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives end-to-end
  • Breaking down large, ambiguous problems into clear execution plans
  • Driving alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams
  • Proactively identifying risks and ensuring safe rollouts
  • Contributing hands-on to critical systems when needed
  • Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
NYC Base Salary Range
$147,800—$221,350 USD
